Bulgaria...? Why?
Because it's a lovely country, with lovely friendly people, sea, sunshine, beaches and vineyards.
236 miles of marvellous beaches, calm and safe sea, clear water and healthy air, fine golden sand and natural dunes, mineral springs, blue flag winning resorts, holiday villages and campsites.
Bulgaria has firmly established itself as one of, if not the major, emerging property market in Eastern Europe, mainly thanks to one key point – it is very cheap.
A bottle of excellent Bulgarian wine costs some EUR 2.50. Beer is around EUR 0.50 a bottle. Even imported goods are at half of their Western prices.
