Reserve an Apartment

To reserve an apartment all we need is a €1,000 reservation fee to take your chosen apartment off the market. The reservation fee will be deducted from the deposit when paid. This can be done while you are in Bulgaria, or by email or telephone. This will start the legal process leading to the contract.

Once you decide which apartment best suits your needs, select one from our attractive payment terms. Then, follow the steps below to reserve selected apartment:

STEP 1. Fill out the reservation form or contact us

Fill out the Reservation Form or Contact Us either by phone, post or email. We will reserve your chosen apartment for 5 days whilst we wait for your reservation fee

STEP 2. Pay the reservation fee

The reservation fee is €1000. Payment can be made by credit card (all major credit cards accepted), or by cheque or transfer. The reservation fee will be deducted from the deposit when paid.

STEP 3. Sign the contract

Once payment is made we will send two copies of the contract to you, both of which should be signed and returned to us.

STEP 4. Pay the deposit and secure your property

You then have 14 days to pay the deposit, which secures the property. Once your deposit is received, we will send you a copy of the signed contract from the developer.
